Velmora uses the information you submit to evaluate your application and communicate with you about a potential creator management partnership.

Information you provide

The application collects contact details, country, date of birth, creator platform and account information, social profiles, audience size, revenue range, agency experience, content capacity and goals. Please do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment details or sensitive content through this form.

Use and access

Application records are stored using Supabase and restricted to authorized personnel involved in recruitment. Your date of birth is used to check eligibility for our 18+ application process. Submitting an application does not create an account or enroll you in a management agreement.

Retention and requests

We retain application information for recruitment review and related follow-up. You may request access, correction or deletion through our contact page. Any further processing needed for an accepted partnership will be explained during onboarding.

Website technology

The application uses temporary browser state while you complete the form. The private login portal uses authentication cookies. We do not add advertising trackers to this recruitment site.
